He is forward thinking and results-oriented and has demonstrated successes building corporate value. He possesses strong analytical and evaluative skills, identifying core problems and developing and implementing innovative business solutions. Lewis graduated cum laude from the University of Albuquerque with Bachelors in Business Administration. Lewis also graduated summa cum laude from the University of Phoenix with a Masters in Business Administration. He is also a Certified Public Accountant with an active license in the State of Arizona. Some of Lewis’ highlights in the filed of outpatient radiology management are: implemented a new computer and accounting systems for a radiology practice that increased revenues, profits, and cash flows – generating over $1.6 million per year in cash flows, as well as created a new compensation plan for a radiology practice generating over $500,000 in cost savings per year in cash flows. |

Born in Lincoln, Nebraska, Jeff spent his first nine years growing up in a small farming community in eastern Nebraska until his parents relocated the family to Phoenix, Arizona. Jeff graduated from Central High School, served four years in the United States Navy, and then returned to Phoenix to attend college. He graduated from Maricopa Technical Community, now Gateway Community College, with an Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology beginning his career as a radiologic technologist. Jeff initially worked as an X-Ray technologist and then cross trained in special procedures, CT and MRI, eventually earning a certification in MR from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). After earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University in Health Administration, Jeff went to work for the Eastman Kodak Company, Health Sciences Division as an account manager for thirteen years. Leaving Kodak in 1998, Jeff spent the next five years working for a company that sold Tele-radiology and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). Jeff left sales to return to patient care in 2004 and has managed outpatient imaging centers in the greater Phoenix area. Jeff started his employment with Sun Radiology in December of 2009 as compliance officer. He is currently finishing a master’s degree in organizational psychology. |
Marketing Director: Paula Frank |
Paula joined Sun Radiology in 2008 as a Marketing Representative. Born in Illinois, she received a degree in History from Illinois State University. After graduation she began her career in retail management where she held several regional positions. Since then Paula had held a management position in various national companies in such areas as Training & Development, Sales, and Marketing. Paula and her family have lived in Arizona since 1995. |
Facility Manager (Glendale):
Fred Lizarraga, A.R.R.T (R), MBA |
Joining the Sun Radiology team in late 2010, Fred brings over 25 years of medical imaging expertise in acute care, outpatient, multi-specialties and private practice settings. Recently earning a Masters Degree in Business Administration and undergraduate degree in health care administration, Fred will provide leadership and oversee the daily operations of the new Glendale facility. As facility manager, Fred will ensure each and every exam exceeds the highest level of quality and guarantee that your service expectations are met. |

Dave's education background is in Healthcare management and accounting. Dave has over 25 years of healthcare practice management and patient accounting in a variety of disciplines both in hospital systems and Out-Patients centers, the last 8 years in radiology. Dave joined the Sun Radiology team in May of 2010. |
Facility Manager (SCW):
Jennifer Golemo, BSHA |
Jennifer brings to Sun Radiology over 17 years of medical practice management in the specialties of internal medicine, pediatrics, family practice, and cardiology. Along with experience in implementing the government mandated Electronic Health Records, both EMR and PACS, Jennifer has completed the insurance company required quality accreditation process in multiple radiology modalities and developed facilities from ground up. Jennifer’s expertise lies in process improvement and directing the day to day operations of the facility. |
Billing Manager: Lynn Shelton |
Born in Norfolk, Virginia, The youngest of 6 children, Lynn spent the majority of her years growing up on a farm in Gilbert Arizona. Lynn has 3 children and 2 grandchildren in Queen Creek, Arizona where she currently resides. Lynn is a member of the AMA and Attended Business Management classes at the University of Phoenix. Lynn has over 13 years of Medical and has experienced corporate executive with extensive Health Care background, proven abilities and strengths in developing processes and billing guidelines. Utilized business acumen to successfully design, implement and support national billing operations and computer systems to meet multiple regional requirements. Areas of expertise include: Business Analysis, Creative Problem Solving, Excellent Coaching and Mentoring, Sarbanes Oxley Process, Site Consolidation, and Process Redesign. Lynn just recently celebrated her 2 year anniversary as the Billing Manager for Sun Radiology. |
